The game

The current native iOS app does not require an account, collect personal information through an analytics service, display third-party advertising, or track you across apps and websites. Gameplay works offline.

Information stored on your device

The app stores campaign progress, personal best scores, and music and sound preferences locally using iOS storage. The app does not transmit these records to Dancin Cloud and does not provide its own cloud synchronization. Device backups are controlled by your Apple settings. Deleting the app may remove its local data.

TestFlight and Apple services

If you use a TestFlight build, Apple processes information associated with beta distribution, diagnostics, and feedback according to Apple’s policies and your settings. Feedback and crash information you share through TestFlight may be available to us to investigate issues and improve the game. See Apple’s privacy policy.

Support correspondence

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to provide. We use this information to respond, troubleshoot, and manage your request. Our email provider processes that correspondence to deliver the service. Please avoid sending sensitive information. We retain correspondence while needed to address the request and related follow-up, or meet applicable obligations; you can ask us to delete it.

This website

This site does not use advertising trackers, visitor analytics scripts, or embedded social-media widgets. Our hosting and network providers process technical request information, such as IP address, browser details, and requested pages, to deliver and protect the website. Our hosting provider may set security cookies to detect automated abuse; these are not advertising cookies. External links, including Apple’s services, have their own privacy policies.

Sharing and your choices

We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Support correspondence may be processed by our service providers or disclosed when required by law. You can contact us to ask about or request deletion of personal information you have sent us. We may need to verify the request and retain information where legally required.

Children

The game does not ask players for personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through support, please contact us so we can address it.
